Welcome to Play & Power with Jeff! Offered in 60 minutes of heart-pumping, fun-flowing Power Vinyasa Yoga, available and accessible to EVERYONE, at all levels and experience. Beginners welcome!

Inspired by Baptiste Power Yoga and Traditional Ashtanga, the “Power” in Power Yoga is all about self empowerment, both physically and mentally. This practice will allow you to explore movement and strength building flow along with slow, deep opening and stretching helping to build a stronger, healthier mind and body.

Modifications for each pose are offered as needed to allow the pose to become accessible to everyone, of every skill level.

yin yoga

In Kumari’s 60 minute Yin Yoga sessions you can expect specific guidance into and information about the benefits of each pose. Each session will allow you to get in touch with your physical body by way of long held, static stretches that aim to deeply nurture your connective tissues. This type of yoga is completely floor based and the use of props (yoga blocks, bolster and blankets) helps to foster a sense of deep release and support. The practice is a wonderful way to release tension from the body, but also assists with calming the energy and quieting the mind.

nidra + sound

The practice of Yoga Nidra is an effortless guided meditation practice practiced in a reclined position on your bed, the floor or a comfy chair. I will guide you into a deep state of rest, where identification with the mind softens and the physical body completely relaxes (much like sleep). The benefits are many-including the easing of anxiety, stress, tension and nervous system regulation. It can also assist with relieving insomnia, sleep deficit, clarity of mind and focus. Yoga Nidra sessions last between 30-45 minutes.

Sound baths are a powerful way to regulate your nervous system. The frequencies emitted from the multiple sound instruments Kumari uses (crystal bowls, metal Himalayan bowls, chimes and more) will cultivate a profound state of calm and peace and at the same time balance and align your own vibration. Each session will begin with some gentle movement and breathing practices. You can receive a sound bath in any position, with eyes open or closed.

In Brady’s sessions, you can expect a safe space to release emotion, understand who you are and what’s important to you, and connect with personal relationships that are aligned with where you’re going instead of where you’ve been through guided breathwork. Fully recognizing: music is medicine that has the power to vanquish anxiety, guide you through energy-blocks back to the love inside of your heart, and take up space inside of your life.

In Erika’s BFT sessions, you can expect a release of tension in the body, aiding in relaxation so that the body can heal itself. Founded by Eileen Mckusick, Biofield Tuning is a form of Sound Healing therapy developed to help the body’s electrical system. A tuning fork is activated by the practitioner and starts to slowly scan the biofield. The practitioner feels and listens for disturbances and uses sound frequency to help the body tune itself.

In Ash’s sessions, you can expect to dive into exactly why you are stuck in certain areas of your life, while guiding you to clarity. Most people struggle with mental health and mindset blocks because they haven’t taken the time to dive into their trauma, most of which is rooted in your childhood and teenage years. Ash does the internal work with your inner child to bring to light the “not so fun” parts of you – and she’s here to show you how those parts get to be so beautiful. In these sessions, she will help bring your inner child to the surface through visualization meditation to see what she/he is holding onto and what they need in order to feel loved and safe. This approach helps you to recognize that your habits, behaviors, reactions, triggers and projections as an adult stem from your childhood experiences, allowing you to address your unmet needs and wounds by nurturing and reparenting yourself. All of your answers to healing and growing are inside of you already. Ash is the guide that gets to show you how to bring it out.

In Nick’s healing energetics session, you can expect to overcome your subconscious blocks around self-worth and self-belief to turn your pain into your purpose, stepping into the best version of yourself you can be. Learn to operate on the back bone of leadership and self mastery to step into your purpose and carry out your life mission.
